So there’s apparently a report floating around that Minnesota T-Wolves forward, Michael Beasley has injured his left wrist while going up for a dunk at the end of a game in China.
I’m pretty certain that it comes from a reliable source…..OK, well I heard it on Twitter.
So I continued my investigation and found a story on Hoop China.com that confirmed my Twitter friend’s claims.
However, there’s one slight problem.
The entire report is in Chinese and I’m forced to rely on Google Translator to figure out what’s going on. I bet Minnesota Timberwolves General Manager, David Kahn is wishing he learned another language in school.
So let’s assume for a moment that Google Translator or my Twitter pal got things right and Beasley has truly suffered some type of injury to his wrist. Was going overseas really worth it?
Injury wasn’t even something I took into consideration when I wrote this but it’s definitely a realistic possibility. I’m even further convinced more then ever before that its a bad idea and this is just one more reason why NBA 球员不应该去海外.
